Due to the COVID-19
Virus, and in order to protect students, teachers, adjudicators, volunteers and
everyone's families, Musicfest 2020 Festival has been cancelled. Refunds for
classes will be forthcoming to your CC's.
The Board of Trustees
of Musicfest Northwest will miss all of you this year but shall look forward to
seeing all of you next year. We thank you very much for your understanding and

to donate their refunds to help us get through this year, you can go to our
website at www.musicfestnorthwest.org and safely
donate through our PayPal portal. We wish all of you to be safe and stay

A note about COVID-19
Please go to our webpage at www.musicfestnorthwest.org and then "Rules and Regulations" to see how Musicfest Northwest is addressing the Corona Virus issue and preparing for sanitizing and cleanliness during Musicfest week in the classrooms and other areas of competition including the theaters.
We are constantly monitoring the situation and may have to include further safety measures. Please watch our Website and Social Media pages for further updates.

Ensure you are NOT on a computer with a firewall. Most schools and businesses have firewalls (and some home computers).
Once logged in, click on Syllabus at the top of the page to begin registration.
To register school testing conflicts (e.g. Advanced Placement Exams) choose School Testing Conflicts as an "Instrument" and follow instructions there.
**Special Notice! Ballet Division: Classes B2A, B4, B2B, B5, B6, B7; There are NO AGE REQUIREMENTS except those posted in the Ballet Division and Ballet Young Artist Rules.
*Please note that no changes can be made to your registration after the close of registration.

is your responsibility to check your account for your personal Festival
Approximately April 1, your personal schedule will be posted
online. To view this, log into your account and click on Participants:
View &/or update your classes, then click on Your Classes.
We encourage teachers, parents and participants to become members of Musicfest Northwest.
As a 501(c)3 non profit organization we rely on the generosity of our members.
To become a member,
click on syllabus and choose Membership/Teacher as an "instrument"
"Register" for whatever donation category you prefer.
