to the pandemic, OMFA has made the decision to hold a Virtual Provincial Festival. What
this means for you is that your entry must be accompanied by a video recording of your performance by creating a YouTube channel that will be shared with our Adjudicators. We do ask that
you ensure that the YouTube "kids" function is turned off.

Please note that the registration form must include a video link to your performance to be complete.
Also, please do not use ALL CAPS when filling out the registration form.
Each Local Festival has its own deadline for entries into the Provincial Finals. It is essential that you check with your local administrator to ensure you don't miss your entry deadline date. Entries received after your deadline (a maximum of 3 days) will be subject to a daily $25.00 late fee. No entry fees will be refunded once submitted.
Beginning on June 1st, we will be sending your videos out to our team
of Adjudicators for judging. Once they have finished the adjudications
they will be uploaded into your account here - so it is very important that you don't lose your login
