EVENT INFORMATION

Welcome to the 2021 Virtual Toronto Kiwanis Festival!

Our syllabus is filled with classes for every form of the Arts - Music, Speech & Drama and our new categories in Visual Art.  We look forward to seeing what you have been working on over the past year.

Due to technical issues experienced recently, the deadline for entry is now Friday, April 2nd.  No entries will be accepted after 11:59 pm on April 2nd.

We have introduced several NEW classes for this year's Virtual Festival:

Visual Arts Classes - offered by school grade and for amateur adults.  Drawing, Mixed Media, Oils/Acrylics, Watercolours, Sculpture, Photography and Quilting.

American Sign Language Voice Classes - Designed specifically for those who wish to use ASL to sign to Popular Voice songs.

Bollywood Singing Classes - Offering an opportunity to present this fantastic genre of music for the first time at the TKF!

Praise and Worship Songs - Hymns and Contemporary Gospel Classes.

School Instrumental Classes - For students who do not take private lessons but study their instruments in a school environment only.

Collaborative Piano Classes - A chance for competitors to show off their accompanying skills.

Due to the pandemic we made the decision to hold a virtual festival.  What this means for you is that each entry must be accompanied by a video recording of your performance and for creating a YouTube channel that can be shared with the Toronto Kiwanis Festival Office.  We do ask that you ensure that the YouTube "kids" function is turned off.

Please note that you can register at any point up until April 2nd.  You must ensure that your video is uploaded by this date.  No late entries will be accepted.

It is the competitor's responsibility to abide by any and all government guidelines regarding physical distancing as of the date you submit your video.

Is is also the competitor's responsibility to make sure they have read all of our rules and regulations - which can be found at: https://kiwanismusictoronto.org/music-rules-regulations/

Once the deadline has passed we will be sending your videos out to our team of Adjudicators for judging.  Once they have finished the adjudications they will be uploaded into your account here - so don't lose your login information!

If you have any questions about the entry process - please email schedule@kiwanismusictoronto.org and we will be happy to help.
