If you have months where your festival is inactive you have the option to ‘Park’ your account. When you choose to park your account you will have limited access.
When your account is in a parked state all of your information is retained and stored
until you are ready to reactivate it for your festival use.
During this time there is no access to the application and no ability to manage any part of the Festival including the Syllabus, Adjudicators, and Venues.
The Solarislive Event Manager gives you the option to park your account or close your account. If you close your account all of your festival information is deleted and not accessible in the future
The pricing for a parked account is 1/2 of the price of the standard monthly package rates (not applicable to discounted rates).
