2022 Moose Jaw Music Festival:

March 30-31 Choral Festival, April 2-9 General Festival

Registration January 15 - February 3, 2022 at 9pm

We are so pleased that you've decided to register for the 2022 Moose Jaw Music Festival and look forward to your performances!  Due to ongoing health restrictions and low volunteer numbers, our festival is being offered in a hybrid format with a combination of live and pre-recorded performances.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, we experienced low registration for some of our disciplines at the 2021 festival. Please note that any disciplines that do not receive enough registrations to cover the cost of the adjudicator may be cancelled at the sole discretion of the committee. Full refunds will be offered for all classes cancelled by the committee.

All Musical Theatre and Vocal performances are currently being planned as live events.  All other performances will be pre-recorded and adjudicated virtually with information on how to submit video links and music uploads to be sent out at a later date. Participants must be prepared to submit video links and music in between the dates of March 23rd to 28th, 2022, ending at 9pm

***Should health restrictions prevent our Vocal and Musical Theatre classes from being performed live, please be prepared to submit videos and music during the March 23rd-28th window.  We will continue to monitor current health restrictions and we hope our participants recognize that there are many factors that are beyond our control.  We will strive to give as much advance notice as possible if we see that restrictions may be taking us in the direction of a virtual festival for Vocal/MT***

SMFA has rescinded their policies surrounding proof of vaccine/negative test and masking.

Please refer to the 2022-2024 provincial syllabus for class numbers.  You can access the new provincial syllabus and our local syllabus under the Event Information menu on this page.

As you register, please remember that the more details you provide during registration, the more effective we can be with scheduling. Registration will remain open only until February 3 at 9pm.  Please do not wait until the last minute to register, as no late entries will be accepted, no exceptions.  Payment must be received online at time of registration in order for the registration to be accepted and the participant to be enrolled.  Please ensure you read the terms and conditions fully when you finalize your registration, as there are Covid-specific terms of which you will need to be aware.

Each participant and teacher will require an account, and participants registering themselves will need to enter their Teacher ID in order to include their teacher in their registration.  Parents registering more than one child are asked to do so through a single account with the individual children listed within. If you registered for an account last year, you can continue using the same account.

New teachers registering for an account - please click on "Teachers & Adjudicators" in the menu on the right to get started.

We have a new Entry Secretary this year, Lianne King. Please direct all questions and concerns to Lianne via email moosejawmusicfestival@hotmail.com

Thank you and happy registering!
